A small campus of low tan brick office buildings just north of Cross Timbers Road. As you enter the property from Surrey Lane, look for the **Building 200** sign. The building faces the trees and the fence rather than the main road, so you may be looking at the back of the building as you approach.

Walk in through the main glass doors of Building 200, which lead directly into the lobby. Please have a seat, and your provider will come to get you.
Free parking directly in front of each building. Arriving a few minutes early usually means a spot right by the door.
Our counselors are all out of network with insurance plans. Paying privately allows you to receive care without submitting claims directly to your insurance company and without insurance companies determining coverage, session limits, or how long you can remain in care.
Many insurance plans provide reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services. If you would like to seek reimbursement, you can request an itemized superbill from our office. Please call the office to request your superbill, which will include the information and codes your insurance company may require for reimbursement.
Call the member services number on your insurance card and ask: “What is my out-of-network outpatient mental health benefit?”
You may also want to ask about your deductible, coinsurance, reimbursement rate, and any out-of-network limitations or requirements. This can help you understand what your insurance may reimburse and what you may be responsible for paying.
