Use the main entrance under the covered portico. Once inside, follow the corridor to your right; Suite 140 is the last door. Let yourself into the waiting area — there is no check-in window, and your provider will come out to meet you.
Free parking on all three sides of the building. The spaces along the north side are closest to the covered entrance and are usually the emptiest.
This office is therapy-focused and, like the rest of the practice, out of network. Testing and psychiatric care are scheduled at our Corporate Circle office, four minutes away.
Many plans reimburse a share of out-of-network care. We give you an itemised superbill after every session with the codes your insurer needs. Ask the front desk once and it arrives automatically — most patients submit it in a couple of minutes online.
