Muchas gracias por ayudarnos a comprender lo vital e importante que es la salud mental en nuestra vida diaria, lo necesario que es el descanso programado, cuidar de mi es cuidar de quienes me rodean, identificar mis emociones ayudará a darles una medicina correcta, tambien me parecio fantastico saber que las ansiedades, depresion y traumas no son enfermedades ni pecados, son condiciones que afectan las emociones y debera tratarlas como tal... mil gracias muy afortunada de recibir esta capacitacion en salud mental.

Excellent training. It was a deeply enriching and much-needed journey for those of us who serve in ministry. The way she addressed issues such as mental health, ministry fatigue and crisis management was clear, professional, practical and, above all, very human.

As a minister, I can say that this kind of training is rare and really refreshing. It gave us valuable tools to care for our own lives while serving others. I appreciate his dedication, experience and the sensitivity with which he taught each topic.

I highly recommend their work to churches, ministries, and organizations that wish to strengthen the holistic well-being of those they serve. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and for the impact you left on all of us!

Excelente capacitación. Fue una jornada profundamente enriquecedora y muy necesaria para quienes servimos en el ministerio. La manera en que abordó temas como la salud mental, la fatiga ministerial y el manejo de las crisis fue clara, profesional, práctica y, sobre todo, muy humana.
