You will see a low red-brick office building set back from Corporate Circle, behind the tree line. The building is marked by a large stone sign that reads Southridge Executive Center. Our practice name is also listed on the directory by the main glass doors.
Suite 7, ground floor — no stairs, no elevator, no lobby to navigate.
Walk in through the main glass doors, turn left, and then turn right at the end of the hall. Our door is the last one on the left and has our name on it. The waiting room is quiet, and you will not have to speak to anyone until you are ready.
Free surface parking directly in front of the building, usually with open spots within thirty feet of the door. Accessible spaces are nearest the entrance.
Our psychologists, counselors, and psychiatric providers are all out of network with insurance plans. Paying privately allows you to receive care without submitting claims directly to your insurance company and without insurance companies determining coverage, session limits, or how long you can remain in care.
Many insurance plans provide reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services. If you would like to seek reimbursement, you can request an itemized superbill from our office. Please call the office to request your superbill, which will include the information and codes your insurance company may require for reimbursement.
Call the member services number on your insurance card and ask: “What is my out-of-network outpatient mental health benefit?”
You may also want to ask about your deductible, coinsurance, reimbursement rate, and any out-of-network limitations or requirements. This can help you understand what your insurance may reimburse and what you may be responsible for paying.
